By accessing or using the AutoCal application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoCal is an AI-powered timetable processing tool that extracts schedule information from uploaded images and automatically synchronizes it with your connected calendar accounts, specifically Google Calendar.

3. User Accounts & Google Integration

To use our Service, you must register using your Google account and grant calendar access. By integrating your Google Calendar:

• You grant us permission to read standard profile data and manage Google Calendar events as strictly described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and tokens.
• You agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AutoCal only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload malicious files, viruses, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI extraction limits.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local or international laws.

5. Google API Services

AutoCal relies on Google API Services (specifically Google Calendar API) to function. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Google on your account, changes to their API, or any service interruptions caused by third-party platforms. Your use of the Service is subject to our strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutoCal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
